Klint insurance guide
Compare supplied insurance options fairly
Short answer: A useful comparison matches the same insured people or business, coverages, limits, deductibles and period. Klint can help compare supplied documents, but is not connected to a live insurer quote feed.
Match the assumptions
Check policy duration and whether the amount shown is a monthly installment or total premium. Fees, exclusions, limits and optional benefits can explain a price difference. Do not call the cheapest displayed payment the best policy.
Hypothetical example: one proposal excludes an activity your business performs while another includes it subject to conditions. A price-only comparison misses that distinction. For health cover, network access can matter just as much as a premium difference.
Keep each document distinct
The optional packet supports up to six readable files and a shared text budget. Document names remain distinct, and excerpt warnings identify incomplete review. No document or account is required for a generic comparison question.
Verify before changing coverage
- Ask whether the proposal is still valid and available in your jurisdiction.
- Confirm underwriting, payment and effective-date requirements.
- Check continuity before canceling the current policy.
- Treat unknown or absent information as a question, not an inferred benefit.
